To begin, heat the milk with the butter in a saucepan until the butter melts. Mix the flour with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl. Add the yeast. Add the warm milk and knead for 5 minutes to obtain a smooth dough. Let it rest for 45 minutes.
